About these terms

These terms cover buying from pack-map.com and using a PackMap account or PackMap Plus. They sit alongside our privacy policy and our delivery and returns page. Questions go to hello@pack-map.com.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Ordering

Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown in your bag before you pay.

Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it. If something goes wrong, such as a product being out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Your right to cancel

For our standard maps (Beach, Snow, City and Tot) and luggage tags you can cancel within 14 days of receiving them, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our delivery and returns page explains how.

Custom PackMaps are made to your own design, so once we have started making yours the cancellation right no longer applies, unless it arrives faulty or not as described.

PackMap Plus

The yearly plan is paid upfront and includes a luggage tag. After 12 months it renews at the price shown when you joined, monthly or yearly, whichever you pick. We will email you before it renews.

The monthly plan is charged every month from the day you join, with no tag included.

You can cancel any time from your account and Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

You can also cancel within 14 days of joining. If you have already used Plus in that time, we may keep a fair amount for the days used. The tag follows the normal 14 day returns rules.

Accounts

Membership is free. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam or anything unlawful. You can delete your account at any time from Account, Settings.

The QR code printed on your map always opens your digital map for free, with or without an account.

Our designs

PackMap, the PackMap mark and our map, tag and edition designs belong to us. The PackMap system is subject to UK Patent Application No. GB2624172.9. Tag designs are for your own personal luggage only.

If something goes wrong

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

PackMap helps you pack but it is still your job to check you have what you need, including travel documents.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring a claim in your own nation's courts.
